Sean has been working in the ticketing sector since 1994. After periods at both Ticketmaster and The First Call Group, in 2000 Sean was one of the founders of Encore Tickets, a company that grew to become the UK’s largest independent ticket wholesaler, selling over 15% of all West End Theatre tickets by the time Sean sold his interest in December 2009. At Encore, Sean oversaw the operations, affiliate and programming side of the business as well as supplier relationships. The company grew from a staff of 3 to over 150 in the nine years he was there.
Since leaving Encore, Sean has combined being a Managing Partner at The Charing Cross Theatre (a 265-seat theatre with a late-night bar in London’s West End) with a busy consultancy practice. He still works within the ticketing sector, where clients have included Whatsonstage.com, London Theatre Direct, Ryanair, Encore Tickets, The Rolling Stones Exhibition, Body Worlds, Made Tourism Marketing, and London Theatre Bookings.
​​Sean has also produced of over 30 shows, at The Charing Cross Theatre, in the West End and on UK tour and most recently was the London Co-Presenter of The Art of Banksy in Covent Garden.

Most recently Sean Co-Founded Ticketpipe with John Wales, offering bespoke ticketing solutions for tour operators, coach companies and the wider travel industry in the provision of London Theatre, Restaurants and Attractions.
